I not only received my second speeding ticket in as many days (MSP this time), but I lost in both games of Texas Hold’em that I played at Eric’s place. Well, at least I was able to enjoy seeing “300″ before that.

I received a welcome visit this weekend from Andy, Victoria, Tim, and Josh. I was able to show off my new place and then I gave them a tour of New Buffalo. We also fit in lunch at the Red Arrow Road House and dinner at the Stray Dog. We had fun checking out the nice homes along Marquette Drive, and skipping stones at the beach. I almost won at Texas Hold’em, but Andy took the prize. (Not to self: do not try to buy the pot when you got nothing and your opponent probably has a decent hand!) Thanks for coming out guys!

Mom, Dad, Kurt, Darcie, Brian, Aunt Karlyn, Mitch, Rebecca, Vernetta, and I celebrated Grandpa’s 90th Birthday in Greenville. Later that night I won at Texas Hold’em at Andy and Victoria’s, also playing with Wonko, Josh, and Richard.
